Exercise in Restraint

I caught up with Nancy at the Antique Flea Market at San Maurizio Square this morning! We found all kinds of unique items such as skeleton keys, an old accordion, vintage glass lanterns, antique fortuny fabric, old books and prints, vintage brooches, ornate iron work, OLD Murano glass, picture frames and a circa 1800's rose gold tribute ring that Nancy proudly displays on her finger now! Naughty naughty!!!! By 11 am we already had our first scarf extravaganza and found some great little Easter surprises for the little ones. By noon I fell victim to some artisan Murano glass jewelry...my poor American Express card!!!! Along the way we took pictures of doors and other interesting things that one might find as they make their way back from Dorosoduro to San Marco! A little recovery time is in order now as we sip on a wee bit of prosecco and decide where the next adventure will take us.

OOPs I did it again- more jewlery!
